My coaching concept:
A holistic approach for body and mind
After several years of practice and experimentation in different sports (swimming, triathlon, mountain biking, running, yoseikan-budo, diving, etc.), I chose to put my knowledge and skills at the service of as many people as possible.
My goal: to offer you personalized, comprehensive and lasting support, which takes into account all dimensions of performance and well-being.

Convinced that quality training must be designed for each individual, I have chosen to offer only one formula: tailor-made.
Why? Because everyone is unique.
Your goals, your constraints, your availability, your starting level and even your motivation levers are not those of your neighbor, your friends or a standard program found online.
This is why, after having defined together:
your seasonal objectives (performance, fitness, injury prevention, re-athleticization, etc.),
your actual availability,
and carried out some tests to determine your starting level and monitor your progress,
I will build you a fully personalized program, which evolves week after week based on your feedback, your progress and your fitness.

My support is not limited to training. Coming from a university background in sports science (PhD student in STAPS, specializing in swimming performance and "5th stroke"), with degrees in swimming, triathlon and physical preparation, I have developed a holistic approach that takes into account:
sports training: endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination;
physical preparation: development or maintenance of athletic qualities, prophylaxis and prevention of injuries;
nutrition: a fundamental pillar, too often neglected, which optimizes performance and accelerates recovery;
Mental preparation: essential for fully mobilizing your resources, managing stress, staying focused and exploiting your potential in sport as well as in daily life.

Modern, flexible and interactive monitoring
Remote coaching with a dedicated application allows you to benefit from quality support, wherever you are.
Each week, you receive your personalized training plan, adapted to your constraints and your progress.
Follow-up is done using modern communication tools, according to your preferences: SMS, telephone, email, videoconference (Skype, Zoom, etc.).
The feedback you provide me on your sessions is essential: it allows me to constantly adapt your program, adjust workloads and ensure that you are progressing without the risk of overtraining.
Recognized expertise and international vision
Alongside my work as a coach, I work as a Sports Scientist, scientific advisor and physical and mental trainer for athletes, clubs and federations.
I also participated in the implementation of training courses (BF2, BF3) and sports structuring actions at the regional level.
My approach is aimed at both amateur athletes and high-level competitors, and I am now developing my activity internationally, in order to share my expertise beyond borders.

Fort de mon parcours en sciences du sport et de plusieurs années d’expérience sur le terrain, je propose un accompagnement qui dépasse la simple planification d’entraînements.
Mon expertise scientifique me permet d’intervenir dans n’importe quel champ sportif, que ce soit pour la performance, la remise en forme, la réathlétisation ou la préparation mentale.
Formé aux différentes composantes du triathlon – natation, vélo et course à pied – il est naturel pour moi d’accompagner les athlètes dans ces disciplines, qu’elles soient enchaînées comme dans le triathlon, ou dissociées pour un travail spécifique.
Mon expérience comprend :

Clubs de triathlon : accompagnement technique et stratégique pour des groupes de niveaux variés (amateur à olympiens).

Athlètes individuels : suivi personnalisé pour les coureurs hors stade (trail, route) et stade ainsi que pour les cyclistes de toutes catégories, du jeune débutant à la 1ʳᵉ catégorie FFC.
