Prevention and re-athleticization

Injury prevention is at the heart of my approach. Each physical preparation program incorporates specific exercises aimed at:

  • strengthen the fragile areas stressed by your discipline,

  • improve posture, mobility and muscle balance,

  • optimize technique and reduce joint stress,

  • prepare your body to handle training loads while limiting the risk of overwork.

Beyond prevention, I also offer comprehensive rehabilitation support for athletes or those who have suffered an injury. This support allows:

  • to gradually regain strength, mobility and coordination after a period of inactivity or rehabilitation,

  • to readapt the muscle and joint chains for a safe and lasting return to sporting activity,

  • to rebuild physical and mental confidence through progressive exercises, adapted to the stage of recovery,

  • and prevent recurrences, by combining strengthening, mobility, proprioception and motor control.

Each rehabilitation program is personalized, based on your history, the nature and severity of the injury, and your athletic or daily goals. My scientific and holistic approach combines performance, safety, and sustainability for an optimal return to your activity level or competition.

Support doesn't end with the delivery of a program. My approach is based on active and responsive monitoring, ensuring that each session is tailored to your progress, your feelings, and your current constraints.

Thanks to modern communication tools (email, telephone, SMS, videoconferencing), we stay in constant contact, wherever you are.

You can send me feedback on your sessions: sensations, fatigue, difficulties, performance, or specific needs. This information is essential for dynamically and individually adjusting your program.

Flexible tracking allows:

  • to adapt training loads according to your recovery and progress,

  • to modify exercises to target weak points, prevent injuries or respond to a specific constraint,

  • to regularly reassess your objectives, in order to maximize your performance throughout the season,

  • and benefit from close and human support, even remotely, to stay motivated and committed.
